I know firsthand how this discovery can feel—like stepping out of the Matrix. Suddenly, your past starts to make sense, and you wonder how different life could have been if you’d known sooner.
That’s why I designed this group process. It's everything I wish I’d known when I was diagnosed 10 years ago. My mission is to save you from the confusion and frustration by sharing the strategies and insights that helped me.
This is more than just a series of meetings. It’s a supportive space to connect with others on the same journey, learn how to manage ADHD challenges, and build a life that works for you.
